DRAWING AND VISUAL COMMUNICATION

(Online and in-person delivery)
5 x 2 hour sessions

UP TO 14 PEOPLE

This course will help to reinvigorate your drawing and communication skills in ways that allow you to express ideas and processes in an informative and engaging way.

Designed for all levels of ability, from novices to experienced draughtsmen and women the course is packed with drawing tips and opportunities to practice creative visual communication. Each of the five sessions are designed to be self contained, so if work deadlines prevent you from attend-ing a session you will not be disadvantaged when you next attend. Latecomers to sessions will be welcome.

Delivered live in Zoom tutorials, each week you will learn simple communication techniques that will improve your sketches and layouts, including sketch noting (pictionary type captures of ideas in simple, quick sketches), visualisation games, diagramming, and story boarding. In addition we will be giving tips on how to develop a sketchbook habit.

Designed very much to combine fun and in-depth thinking, the Drawing and Visual Communication Course is intended to start up creative exchanges and behaviours that may bridge our social distance to let us learn, entertain, and support each other.
